**About the Role**:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our Training Academy. This dual-purpose role combines training facilitation with business development. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality training sessions while actively seeking new contracts and clients to expand our reach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions under the Training Academy department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored training solutions that meet client needs.
- Represent Hercules at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to develop innovative strategies for growth.
- Ensure all training and business development activities align with Hercules' core values and vision.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver effective training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with the training and safety industry is an asset.
