We are currently seeking a Organizational Change Manager (Service Management) to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

**Why the Role Is Important**:
The Organizational Change Management Lead plays a key role in ensuring change driven through project initiatives are in alignment with overall objectives. In this role, you are a strong communicator, have experience working with complex teams and with stakeholders at all engagement levels. You take a collaborative approach to the people side of change, including changes to business processes, technology, job roles and organization structures.

**Once You Are Here, You Will**:

- Utilize change management processes and tools to create a strategy that supports adoption of the change and the successful implementation of business transformation
- Identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders, conduct impact analyses, and deliver change impact assessment
- Assess change readiness and change mitigation strategies
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
- Support communication efforts, including coaching communicators
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Define, measure and track change success metrics.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ experience facilitating complex change management and driving business transformation
- 5+ years working with change management principles and methodologies
- 5+ years of stakeholder engagement, impact analysis and change readiness
- 3 + years of experience developing strategies, supporting materials, and managing the execution of communications across all stakeholder groups
- 3+years of experience working with projects that take an iterative approach

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- You are a Prosci Certificated practitioner
- Experience with BC Public Sector an asset
