Organizational Change Management Specialist

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not

limited to:
Primary Responsibilities

Under the direction of Program Manager of Currency Portfolio:

- Participate in the development of the change management and communication plan and activities

related to the Data and Analytics roadmap
- Develop and help stakeholders define requirements and dependencies for the implementation of the

changes within their teams and across the department
- Analyze complex issues, diagnose multi-dimensional problems, and devise appropriate responses or

strategies
- Support the various leaders in the department by developing business outcomes metrics and work with

their teams to identify the required data and solutions to implement
- Work as a collaborative and integrated team with the Data and Analytics Advisor, the project teams and

the data stewards and owners to support the activities and deliverables to move the roadmap forward
- Other related activities and deliverables, as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

- University degree or college diploma in organizational development, business administration, communication,

or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience in change management experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated experience in building and implementing

communications and training activities
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and problem solving with the ability to identify problems,

articulate business needs, generate options and recommend appropriate actions

Additional Qualifications

The following will also be considered:

- Business Analysis certification such as IIBA Certification
- Change management certification such as PROSCI-ADKAR Certification
- Data analytics knowledge, (i.e., Power BI)
