We are searching for an Executive Chef to join our Parkland Saint John team based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

$55,000-$60,000 a year

About the Opportunity

Selects, shapes, and develops the team

Providing leadership and overseeing provision of food services

Providing catering services for internal and external events

Providing input into division menu development

Liaising with the Health Services Team to ensure client receive the appropriate therapeutic menu modification as indicated by their medical condition

About You

You have your Journeyman Cooks papers from an accredited institution

You have a recognized Food Safety Certificate

You have a minimum of two years in a leadership role in food services

You have experience in volume food preparation in the hospitality or long-term care sector.

Previous management experience is an asset, as well as any other Alzheimer’s or Dementia training courses are considered an asset.
