Elysian Ventures provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of adults with complex needs and high behaviors. Hours of Work - Schedule (4 on 4 off 12 hours)

**What We Offer**:
24/7 support for individuals in their homes and communities.

Specialized paid training, including certifications like CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) and ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations.

Support daily activities like independent living skills and leisure interests.

Provide mental health and behavioral support.

Facilitate health maintenance by attending appointments, administering medications, and offering emotional support.

Help with home routines, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.

Foster meaningful relationships and empower individuals to make choices.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma/degree in a related field (e.g., Disability Studies, Social Work, Psychology) OR equivalent experience.

1-2 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.

Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Assets include First Aid/CPR, CPI training, and Medication Administration certification.

Must provide a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector check, Driver’s License, clean Driver’s Abstract, and 2 Million Vehicle Insurance coverage.
