Elysian Ventures is hiring compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Disability & Complex Needs Support Workers. This role involves supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs in a live-in rotation at our program in Sylvan Lake. Hours of Work - Schedule (48 hour Live-in Shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with individuals served.
- Implement strategies to promote personal growth and independence.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma.
- Criminal Record Check with vulnerable Sector, Class 5 Driver’s License, and Drivers Abstract (with less than 6 demerits), 2 Million Vehicle Insurance will be required as part of pre-employment screening.
- Preferred: 2-year diploma in human services or 2+ years of experience in the disability services field.

**Additional Assets**:

- Knowledge of First Nation, Métis, and Inuit cultures.
- Familiarity with indigenous languages and healing practices.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and uphold ethical standards.
