**What to Expect**:
You will support the Office and Facilities Team Leader and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office and facilities-related activities. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and handle security tasks.

**A day in the life of administrative coordinator**:

- Provide administrative support to the Office and Facilities Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents and reports.
- Coordinate office and facilities-related activities, such as maintenance requests, equipment purchases, and office supplies inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Manage security procedures and protocols, including access control systems, visitor management, and emergency preparedness plans.
- Assist with the coordination of office events and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files, procedures/internal processes relevant to office and facilities management.
- Support other administrative tasks and projects across various departments, as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers in both languages

**Role Requirements**
- Bilingualism in English and French language skills are a requirement, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market
- A college diploma in a related administrative field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, showcasing the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Strong communication skills: Demonstrates an articulate and effective communication style, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and professionally.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of office and facilities management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong initiative: Demonstrates proactive and self-motivated behaviour, taking the lead in tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Proactive and strong-willed: Shows a determined and assertive approach in tackling challenges and achieving goals.
