**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and bilingual (French/English) Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, seamlessly handling administrative tasks while also contributing to high-priority research projects.

As the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes. Beyond typical administrative functions, you’ll also delve into specialized online research (OSINT), uncovering valuable data and insights that drive strategic decisions.

This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong communication skills who are eager to grow in both administrative and research/analysis capacities. You’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself and make an impact.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**
- Provide essential support to the management team, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital and physical documents, ensuring confidentiality and efficient filing systems

**Research (OSINT) & Analysis**
- Conduct thorough online research using OSINT methods, gathering and analyzing data from various sources
- Collaborate with data engineering teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows and produce meaningful insights
- Create, edit, and format detailed reports, presentations, and research summaries

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Assist with marketing tasks, including content research and execution
- Support general administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Language: Fluency in English and basic proficiency in French (spoken and written) is required
- Experience: 3+ years in administrative or customer service roles (preferred)
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Research Skills: Experience or interest in OSINT, data analysis, or research methodologies
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and experience in accounting, banking, insurance, law or real estate
- Personal Traits: Natural organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
