**Position Summary**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at Real House. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, providing customer service, and assisting with sales activities. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with different teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing initiatives.

**What you’re responsible for**:
**Marketing**
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Other duties may be assigned

**ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS**:

- Learn and gain a great understanding of Wordpress and how we can optimize the site.
- Upload products to the website with all details required including photos, text, sizes, descriptions etc
- Learn and gain a great understanding of newsletter platform Mailchimp to create streamlined communication to customers through newsletters
- Help pack orders for customers and influencers as needed

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Efficient time management skills.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
