- **Education & Licensing**: Completion of articling and membership (or eligibility for membership) with the Law Society of Alberta.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and refinances.
- Draft and review legal documents such as purchase agreements, mortgages, and title transfers.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the real estate process.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient and timely file management.
- Contribute to the growth of the firm by exploring opportunities in other practice areas, if desired.
