- 4pm, Monday through Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- First line contact with the customer for service calls, and quote requests.
- Dispatch the plumbing technicians as required.
- Work planning.
- Maintain computerized dispatch system.
- Schedule technicians for upcoming jobs and maintain customer contact.
- Assist HVAC Dispatcher during busy times and vacations.
- Assist the plumbing department supervisors as needed.
- Review technicians work orders to ensure any recommendations are received.
- Maintain a list of required preventive maintenance and return visit scheduling.
- Follow up on quotes that have been sent out.
- Assist with other duties when required.

Strong computer skills required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Works well under pressure.

Strong customer service skills.
