Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Local / city Dispatch Coordinator located in Brantford, ON. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily dispatching operations, coordinating with drivers and logistics teams, ensuring smooth communication regarding schedules and routes, and efficiently addressing client needs. Additionally, the role involves managing data entry tasks, monitoring delivery schedules, problem-solving logistical challenges, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dispatching and a proven ability to manage logistics and coordination efficiently
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure seamless interactions with clients and team members
• Skilled Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Data Entry and accurate record-keeping
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
