Join us in making a meaningful impact **Position Overview** The Home Maintenance and Repair (HMR) Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HMR Program. The program refers screened providers to clients in the community who have requested one of HMR’s services. Accountabilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships with clients, providers, and the community. The HMR Associate will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality service delivery and supporting the HMR Program Leader. **Job Type**: Part-Time Position **Location: ** Oakville, ON (On-Site) 10:00am to 2:00pm (M-F) **Role and Responsibilities** - Assist and engage clients and providers in a welcoming, courteous and professional manner. - Respond to inquiries and provide general information about Links2Care programs and services and other community supports services and resources as needed. - Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent agency documentation/information, and comply with the agency polities, standards, guidelines, and procedures. - Enter data into AlayaCare platform daily tied to HMR program, including inputting of referrals and visits. - Engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as HMR Providers, Clients, and community partners. - Actively demonstrate Links2Care Values and promote and support the Mission and Vision of the agency. **Qualifications** - Previous experience working in a professional and confidential manner, and providing high quality customer service with tact, discretion, and honesty. - Basic knowledge of community resources and programs available to seniors and persons with disabilities. - Basic knowledge and/or previous experience in a home maintenance/trades environment is considered an asset. - Previous experience working with databases (AlayaCare) within the service landscape is considered an asset. - Strong organizational and administrative skills coupled with strong computer skills in MS office. - Strong decision making, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills. - Strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently, manage workload, and prioritize tasks in a distracting environment. - Completion of a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) prior to and throughout employment is required. - Staff who drive on behalf of Links2Care for work related purposes must possess and provide proof of a valid Ontario driver’s license and a minimum of $1,000,000 liability insurance on their vehicle. - Requirement for occasional travel in Halton, Mississauga and Etobicoke area.
