**Starting Rate**: $25/hour, transitioning to salaried with benefits after 3 months

**Role Summary**
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure food safety compliance, and lead a team of 10 production staff. This role is ideal for someone with strong food knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards in a dynamic kitchen environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily production of dips, pickled items, and meat-based products
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Manage and motivate a team of 10 staff members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Plan daily production schedules and oversee inventory
- Report directly to and collaborate with the General Manager
**Qualifications**
- Strong food knowledge and experience in production environments
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- FoodSafe Level 1 certification (required)
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and troubleshoot in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with inventory systems and production planning is a strong asset
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Starting wage: $25/hour
- Transition to salaried position after 3-month probation
- Benefits package available upon transition
