Come and join our team We are looking for a passionate and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to lead our busy kitchen. If you enjoy working in a casual, family-oriented environment, this is the place for you. We specialize in authentic carnitas and bake fresh tortillas every day. Our menu is short, but the volume is high, and we take pride in maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
**What You’ll Do**:
As our Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Maintaining quality standards, food safety systems, and sanitation procedures.
- Monitoring and controlling food costs, inventory, and stock levels.
- Supervising storage and ensuring proper handling of ingredients.
- Training, leading, and motivating kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Supporting management with administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
- Must have experience with Mexican cuisine.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Weekend availability.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada on a permanent basis; we are unable to offer work permit sponsorship or support.
- FoodSafe certification it’s mandatory.
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
- Tips
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
