We are hiring a skilled and motivated Bilingual Proposal Specialist with 4 years of experience in the construction industry. As a Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing proposals for construction projects. Fluency in English and French] is required for effective communication with diverse stakeholders and clients.

What you will be working on:
Develop, edit, and finalize construction project proposals in adherence to RFP requirements and deadlines.

Conduct research and analysis to create tailored proposals that address client needs and maximize contract opportunities.

Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and complete proposal components. Communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to address questions and clarify project details.

Maintain a centralized database of proposal templates and resources for process efficiency.

Review and proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance proposal competitiveness.

Maintain comprehensive records of proposal activities, including tracking proposal metrics, success rates, and lessons learned, to facilitate informed decision-making and improve future proposal submissions.

Maintain proficiency in proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 4 years of proposal development experience in the construction industry.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of construction project management processes and terminology.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Proficiency in proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
