**ROLE SUMMARY**

Your responsibilities will envolve taking charge of the entire tendering process by responding to various calls for tenders for both the public and private sectors by ensuring the preparation and coordination of bids and documentation used to promote Logibec entities.

**MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE**:

- Leading, coordinating and collecting relevant information for the entire bidding process from pre-bid to post-bid
- Monitor and identify opportunities on bid sites and complete documents according to guidelines
- Provide support in the writing of commercial proposals for our different departments and follow up on them;
- Identify and edit specific requests in proposals to ensure each client's needs is met by providing a tailored proposal structure and content;
- Ensure the Liaison, communication and the we are meeting established deadlines between the stakeholders involved in each proposal;
- Maintain a database of the various projects and follow-up on them;
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration or related field
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry considered (an asset)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French, both orally and in writing
- Ability to build and maintain trust with external clients and internal lateral teams
- Strong organizational skills and autonomous in their role
- Results-oriented and like to take initiative
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
