Business Analyst

Detailed Requirements: The individuals will be assigned tasks and responsibilities including, but not

limited to:

- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation), experience working directly with Senior Executives
- Authoring program and project documents including briefing notes, business cases, project charters, project scope documents, communication planning communication deliverables, change requests, closure reports, presentations and other program delivery artifacts
- Develops, assists (where needed) and performs quality reviews of program documents, briefing notes, business cases, scope documents, charters, and change requests, ensuring content meets
- Program and stakeholder acceptance criteria
- Develops or assists in the development of design documents, requirements analysis, testing plans, process flows, procedures and policies
- Conducts current state analysis as it relates to technologies components
- Leads the development of business cases directing solution definition, estimating, management tracking and reporting and stakeholder relationship cultivation and management
- Leads process review and improvement initiatives ensuring smooth transitions to new business and project execution workflows
- Coordinates with other team members in the organization to create or improve workflows, gather business support content and define actions to move projects forward
- Educates team members and organization stakeholders on new processes, sharing ideas and taking feedback
- Develops positive relationships with business, technical and project stakeholders to enable successful project and strategy delivery
- Develops/manages/controls/tracks the project plans (budget, schedule, risk, etc.) with input from Project Team Members and other stakeholders
- Facilitates project communications across the organization and stakeholders
- Identifies and manages organizational change requirements for the project working with provincial SHA Communications Leads
- Manages project scope change processes and acquire approvals as required
- Manages Project Team performance of project tasks
- Controls, tracks and reports on the execution of the project plan and day-to-day aspects of the project
- Escalates significant issues that cannot be resolved by the Project Team
- Secures acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Sponsor and Stakeholders
- Schedules and chairs Project Team meetings
- Documents all findings and recommendations
- Transition project deliverables to Operations (Production Turnover/PTO)
- Submit regular status reports to the Project Director, Executive Director and Program Steering
- Committee
- Perform project management processes as per PMO standards
- Supports Project Managers with many aspects of project delivery including planning, risk management, deliverables, communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Identifies financial, technology and operational risks
- Evaluates and monitors projects identifying issues impacting delivery
- Identifies, collects, and documents technical and business requirements
- Researches and maintains awareness of industry technology and best practice trends related to enterprise use and implementation of digital health solutions
- Reporting on a regular basis to key stakeholders and partners on operational and business concerns as they arise
- Assists in the development of planning setting delivery roadmaps
- Maintains content in SharePoint, defining file architecture, streamlining documentation retrieval and archiving
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- In order to execute the variety of projects required successfully, the Project Manager and Business

**Salary**: $80,157.00-$88,154.00 per year
