**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Growth**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed provincial sales targets.
- **Margin Improvement**: Focus on enhancing profit margins through effective pricing strategies and cost management.
- **Key Account Management**: Oversee and manage select accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- **Forecasting/Budgeting**: Oversee accurate sales forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand Penner Doors and Hardware’s / WSI footprint across Western Canada.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Operations team and other divisions to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Respond to and provide feedback on sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management in conjunction with the VP of West Four /Penner and the Finance Division.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the commercial door, hardware, and specialties industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction and building materials market in Western Canada.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving profit margins.
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the province is required.
