At Business and Technical Training College, we understand the importance of flexible schedules and accessibility of our programs by offering classroom, on-site training, and online webinars. We also specialize in providing customized courses to corporate groups and individuals.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist and Student Recruiter. In this role, you will play a key role in both marketing our programs and attracting prospective students to our institution. You will utilize your creativity, communication skills, and strategic thinking to develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively promote our programs and engage with potential students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote BTT college and its programs to prospective students.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to identify target demographics and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions to attract prospective students.
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, colleges and universities and other stakeholders to promote our programs and recruit students.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and student recruitment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing, recruitment, or admissions roles preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for education
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience with live streaming setups and management
- Knowledge of print marketing and graphic design is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, and web design
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance
