**Key Responsibilities**
- Working alongside a Lead Technician on structured cabling projects.
- Assisting in the installation of pathways and support structures, including cable racks, cable trays, j-hooks, and light conduit work.
- Running and terminating copper and fiber optic cabling under supervision.
- Learning to test and commission network systems, including basic TCP/IP configurations.
- Communicating with office staff remotely as needed and presenting professionally to end customers when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
- Comfortable working at heights and not afraid of climbing ladders or using man lifts (training provided).
- Willingness to learn and develop skills under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Ability to communicate professionally and work effectively as part of a team.
- Clean driving record and criminal record (preferred but not essential).
- Strong interest in technical systems and technologies.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)
- Post Secondary Schooling Considered an Asset

**Beneficial Experience and Knowledge**:
Although not required, the following skills and experiences would be advantageous:

- Exposure to cabling, network systems, or technical installations.
- Basic understanding of systems such as access control, CCTV, telephone, or audio systems.

**License**:

- Comfort with working at heights and using man lifts (training provided).
- G2 license preferred but not essential.

**Language**:

- ENGLISH (required)
