We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lineperson to join our team in Windsor and Surrounding Area. This role involves maintaining and installing network infrastructure, electrical systems, and telecommunication equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with low voltage systems, network cabling, and electrical components, ensuring the reliable operation of critical communication and power systems. Duties

• Operate forklifts and bucket trucks safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas during installation and maintenance tasks
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and telecommunication lines
• Work with network infrastructure such as WAN (Wide Area Network) cabling and related hardware
• Use bucket operation equipment to perform precise work at various heights
• Maintain and inspect telephony systems, ensuring optimal functionality
• Follow safety protocols during all operations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication services
• Document work performed accurately and report any issues or safety concerns promptly

Experience

• Prior experience working with electrical systems, telecommunication wiring, or network infrastructure is highly preferred
• Experience operating bucket trucks, or other heavy machinery is desirable
• Knowledge of low voltage wiring, WAN networks, telephony systems, and welding techniques is a plus
• Previous work in telecommunications or utility installation projects will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to electrical work and heavy equipment operation is essential
• Ability to work at heights using bucket trucks safely and efficiently
• Relevant certifications in electrical work, or welding are beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $19.63-$30.00 per hour
