Vacancy pending. This is a year-round, full-time career opportunity with benefits in the Canada's Wonderland Maintenance Department.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
**SCOPE OF POSITION**:
In conjunction with the Foreperson, assist with all aspects of purchasing, Park Stores operations, inventory procedures and controls for the maintenance division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure inventory tracking administration/communication is completed in a timely manner
- Assist with orders, receiving and administration while maintaining all related records and files
- Assist with training and supervising seasonal team
- Coordinate Park Stores operations and ensure the safe operation of work area(s)
- Ensure inventory levels are communicated effectively to the team
- Maintain all required records and log-sheets for inventory levels inventory counts and logistics as required
- Follow up with suppliers on deliveries and pricing as required
- Performing physical counts as needed
- Oversee inventory control forms are accurately tracked and reported

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a related field
- General knowledge of maintenance/hardware supplies and parts is essential
- Proven ability to sourcing, price, purchase and process orders
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide excellance in customer service
- Must be self motivated, accurate and work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Valid Ontario driver’s license (driver’s abstract may be required)
- Forklift experience an asset
- Willing to obtain a forklift operator’s license
- Strong computer skills with Word and Excel
- Experience with Maximo an asset
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required
- Required to meet the physical demands of the job including: weights of up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, walking, twisting, reaching, bending, crouching and ability to work with ladders
- Parts Technician 240P certification an asset
