**Company Description**

We are seeking an organized and efficient Maintenance and Facility Coordinator to join our team in Vaughan, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all employees.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and improvement projects
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility-related services
- Monitor and control facility-related expenses within the approved budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain up-to-date emergency response procedures
- Conduct regular facility inspections and address any issues promptly
- Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to optimize facility operations
- Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and employee requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and facility documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational objectives

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in facility management or a related field
- Proficiency in facility management software and preventive maintenance scheduling
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Excellent project management and vendor management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control expenses
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations and emergency response procedures
- Experience with energy efficiency and sustainability practices in facility operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification preferred
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Vaughan, Canada
