**Your challenge**
- Ensure all planned tasks can be carried out safely
- Schedule maintenance activities for all tradespeople two weeks in advance
- Organize and provide the information, drawings, and procedures required to complete the maintenance job
- Capture information and corrective actions from RCAs in CMMS
- Create Work Order models for recurring activities
- Manage all processes in CMMS
- Lead green filter and yellow filter meetings, and participate in maintenance meeting
- Prioritize work and coordinate with production to make efficient use of available time, adjusting schedules accordingly
- Coordinate external human resources for vacation coverage and routine inspections
- Assist in developing reliability strategy while focusing on downtime reduction

**Qualifications**
- Direct relative experience and knowledge to accurately coordinate maintenance activities;
- In-depth knowledge of equipment, manufacturing, preventative & predictive maintenance;
- Ability to assess a situation, take initiative, be proactive and propose solutions;
- Ability to collaborate with others, be a team member, listen and communicate effectively;
- Ability to establish effective working relationships and networks of people;
- Ability to plan and organize activities in order to meet organizational objectives;
- Ability to prioritize and adapt while meeting all budget and time requirements;
- Proficient use of various computer programs (Guide TI, MS Office, SAP);
- Ability to ensure accuracy and monitor quality of work while honoring commitments;
- Knowledge of the corrugated industry would be an asset;
