**Job Description**:

- Advise District and Store Managers on employee management, professional development, engagement and retention;
- Collaborate in tasks related to in-store labor relations (investigations, disciplinary meetings, drafting of disciplinary measures);
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve working processes and implement projects related to but not limited to the following areas: Health and well-being, compensation, working conditions, etc. ;
- Develop management indicators and statistics related to human resources by collecting and analyzing data ;
- Ensure compliance with Canadian labour laws according to the different provinces ;
- Participate in change management and in-store strategic and operational development programs ;
- Become a strategic partner and more to support the growth of the company ;
- All other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources ;
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or human relations or in a related field;
- Experience in the field of retail will be considered a strong asset;
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to interact with managers, employees and management in a professional manner;
- Ability to manage organizational change ;
- Knowledge of in the Canadian labor laws.
