**Job Description**:
As Talent Attraction Advisor, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the objective of being an employer of choice and attracting winning talent to fill vacancies in our winning teams. In this role, you will design and implement innovative plans to support the recruitment needs of your assigned head office teams.

**How will you support the team**:

- Build talent pipeline by executing strategic sourcing.
- Attract top talent for each assigned role, and lead the recruitment process from end to end using innovative sourcing and assessment tactics.
- Participate in and recommend events and job fairs aligned with the branding strategy;
- Collaborate with the talent attraction manager to optimize processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, HR or any other related field;
- minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or sourcing;
- Proficient with MS Office suite;
- Knowledge and ability with socials medias;
- Bilingual (French and English) written and speaking;
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers, colleagues and 3rd party suppliers;
- Demonstrates excellent prioritizing and organizational skills;
- Able to work with others and recognize the strengths everyone can bring.
