Located at the heart of the Cité de la Biotech in Laval, Prometic is in full growth-mode now that we are commercializing a treatment recently approved by the FDA for orphan diseases affecting children. This treatment, made of plasma-derived proteins, will allow these children to have a new pathway to hope.

To contribute to this revolutionary and innovative project, we are looking for a **Human Resources Advisor.**

The **Human Resources Advisor **will contribute to the team’s success by:

- Acting as the primary contact for short
- and long-term leaves, managing the workplace injury process, as required.

**You are the right person for this role because you have**:

- A Bachelor’s in Human Resources
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a unionized environment, with a main focus in talent acquisition
- The ability to communicate both orally and in writing in French and English
- Solid knowledge of the talent acquisition process and at ease to use social media for recruitment purposes.
- Previous experience with CNESST and disability management
