Our CEO is juggling growth, clients, crew schedules, and a million ideas at once. He's passionate, he moves fast, and sometimes forgets where he put his coffee (and calendar). We need YOU — the organized, proactive, whip-smart person who can keep him (and the business) on track.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (No Corporate Jargon Here)
- Own the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and weekly rhythm — seriously, he’s counting on you to block his time like a ninja.
- Be the glue between sales, service, and sanity. Organize leads, follow up on quotes, and track jobs in Jobber daily.
- Build real-deal SOPs that turn chaos into clarity — from hiring workflows to field processes to internal operations.
- Schedule the field team with confidence and make sure everyone knows where to be, when, and why.
- Manage the back office like a boss — files, forms, follow-ups, and everything in between.
- Run internal meetings (yes, you get to lead them), capture notes, and keep people accountable.
- Coordinate gear, uniforms, marketing orders, and the odd billboard (not kidding).
- Be our in-house tool whisperer — own Jobber, Google Workspace, and help us stay organized and efficient.
- Partner with the CEO to build a health & safety system that actually works (not just a dusty binder).
What You Need to Bring
- 3+ years in admin, office, or operations roles — trades or small business background? Even better.
- Confidence managing execs — even ones who are a little grumpy before coffee.
- Proactive as hell. You don’t wait to be told, you just get it done.
- Google Workspace, Jobber, ChatGPT, and spreadsheets don’t scare you.
- Excellent communicator — written, spoken, emoji-optional.
- Emotionally intelligent, resourceful, and not afraid of (organized) chaos.

- Hourly pay: $25-30/hr (based on experience)

Pay: $15.06-$28.17 per hour
