**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks and other accounting tools
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Handle clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, and mailing correspondence
- Support medical or dental office operations if applicable, including patient check-in/out and insurance documentation (preferred but not required)
- Maintain a professional appearance at the front desk and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette

**Skills**
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Effective communication skills for customer service and phone support
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously
- Clerical experience in an office environment or medical/dental setting is advantageous
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $15.01-$28.55 per hour
