**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Service and Installation Manager, as the **Service Coordinator**you are responsible to validate, organize and manage after sales service work. You also support mostly residential work within retail & builder divisions for inspections, warranty, and billable repairs/services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and maintaining communication with Sales Staff, Project Managers, Customers, Builders, and Installers through the service booking process.
- Responding and scheduling service work in a timely manner.
- Providing routine reporting on job progress statuses as requested.
- Utilizing RFMS to create, print, and cost work orders.
- Making decisions regarding expenses required to complete warranty/service work.
- Addressing emergency and non-emergency service work as required.
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and detailed completion of all required paperwork to maintain timelines.
- Reviewing and ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance of labour invoices submitted by flooring technicians against approved contracts, and timesheets. Resolving any discrepancies by coordinating with technicians.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in related flooring installation, warranty, or service roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of flooring installation and materials is required.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).

**Working Conditions**

You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
