**Job Overview**
Reporting to the Vice-President, as the **Service and Installation Manager**you will oversee flooring installation projects and ensure completion of projects within prescribed timelines and with highest quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction. You also build and foster positive relationships with clients and builders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supervising, developing and providing guidance to onsite installation team members, and installation crews to ensure flooring projects are completed in compliance with quality standards.
- Reviewing and analyzing installation challenges in the field and ensuring materials and homes are ready for installation.
- Reviewing warranty and installation related issues and deficiencies and coordinating repairs as required.
- Building and fostering positive relationships with builders, site supervisors and Project Managers.
- Maintaining accurate databases within the operating system.
- Working with Installation Coordinator to optimize labour resources for multiple projects.
- Ensuring materials are available for timely installation, while working efficiently with the Warehouse Manager.
- Promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with Qualico’s safety program and relevant safety regulations.
- A strong communicator; you clearly express your thoughts in conversation as well as write and present in a persuasive and influencing manner.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Flooring installation experience is considered an asset.
- A post-secondary education in supply chain management, logistics or the equivalent is an asset.
