**Job Summary**

- A degree in **Electromechanical Engineering or related field**:

- **5+ years of experience in a Technical Inside Sales Roles focusing on Process Automation and Industrial Instrumentation**:

- Excellent bilingual (French and English) verbal and written skills
- Knowledge in **Process Automation**, including **HMIs, PLCs, Sensors** and **VFDs**:

- Proficiency in **Industrial Instrumentation** encompassing **flowmeters, controllers, level and pressure measurement**:

- Capacity to understand technical terms to quickly learn and understand products
- Ability to multi-talk and work autonomously
- Extremely organized, strong time management and problem solving skills
- Punctual and detail oriented
- Ability to deal with situations, people and problems ethically, with honesty and integrity
- Ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Must currently live in the Montreal area.

**Duties**:

- Provide customers with the appropriate information concerning prices, deliveries and technical specifications.
- Offer expert advice to clients in their choices of technologies and components.
- Assess customers’ needs and develop proposals accordingly
- Perform technical research, to offer the best solution to the customer
- Ensure that products meet the requirements of plans & specifications
- Create quotations in the CRM system, in collaboration with external Sales Representatives and Product/Sales Managers
- Ensure pricing is in line with the company’s policies and objectives while keeping in mind the competition
- Inform customers on new, existing and complimentary products (cross-selling).
- Ensure follow-ups on some of the quotes
- Process purchase orders and issue order confirmations
- Provide technical support to clients
- Develop good relationships with customers to maintain and grow sales
- Act as liaison between customers and our different internal departments to efficiently solve customers’ problems.
- Assist with keeping up to date with our CRM system and database
- Stay up to date with knowledge pertaining to new products and technologies

Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
