**Job Title**: Assistant Tournament Coordinator

Kaneff Golf’s Flagship Golf Course, **Lionhead Golf Club & Conference Centre**, consists of 2 Championship Golf Courses: Legends and Masters. Carved into 520 acres of inspired natural terrain with meadows, wetlands, forest, and the Credit River running through it.

We’re currently seeking an **Assistant Tournament Coordinator**. This role is a key member of the golf operations team and assists the Tournament Coordinator in organizing and executing our corporate events.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee smooth execution of assigned events;
- Work collaboratively with Food and Beverage and Proshop to fulfil our customers needs/requests;
- Coordinate and assists with specific course set up and tear down;
- Some manual labour and moderate lifting (up to 80 lbs);
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns;
- Providing administrative support to the Tournament Coordinator as needed;
- Other duties as required.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Possesses or working towards a post-secondary degree or college diploma with a specialty in Professional Golf Management (PGM) or Business/Hospitality;
- Knowledge of Chronogolf/Lightspeed POS and Golf Genius is an asset;
- Ability to work closely within a team environment possessing strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Superior communication skills with an ability to effectively multitask and comfortable with public speaking
- Proven excellence in organization skills;
- A valid drivers licence of class G2 or G;
- Ability to stand for extended periods; and
- Ability to work mornings/evenings as well as weekends through the season.
