Administrative Assistant

Rize Bikes is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Rize Bikes is an established e-bike company specializing in high-end, premium e-bikes for both Canada and the US.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with prioritizing and scheduling tasks
- Assist with simple shipping tasks
- Assist with the receiving and organization of returned products
- Assist in the development, update, and implementation of policies, processes, and goals
- Act as a liaison between the different departments as necessary
- Review, reply to, and delegate incoming enquiries as necessary
- Support both the CSR and Service departments as required
- Assist with the creation and editing of written content as required
- Review and analyze data to create insightful reports as required
**Skills**
- Advanced computer skills. G-Suite and MacOS experience preferred. Experience with Zendesk and Asana is considered an asset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining efficiency
- Ability to stay organized while multitasking
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of administrative experience
**Compensation**
Compensation will be dependent on work experience and the value provided to the company. Employee benefits include discounts on our products and services.

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
