**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- General reception & office duties, including but not limited to, greeting customers, answering phones,
- Order supplies as required
- Service orientation
- Provide administrative support as required in Human Resources Department
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Handle multiple projects
- Prepare office announcements.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Any other duties deemed necessary by the Employer

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of general office administration experience is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to assist/help client problems with a high level of customer service
- Highly organized; Self Driven and Initiating
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to speak Chinese is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)
