We’re a growing Montreal-based rental property company, and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on **Building Caretaker** to maintain and care for six residential buildings in NDG and Hampstead. If you have a knack for fixing things, keeping spaces spotless, and you don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, we’d love to meet you.

**What you’ll do**:

- Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and entrances
- Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, patching, minor carpentry)
- Handle garbage, recycling, and compost bins for scheduled collection, keep waste areas clean
- Inspect buildings regularly and report issues to the Property Manager
- Monitor lighting, locks, fire equipment, and heating systems
- Maintain exterior areas, coordinate snow removal and salting when needed
- Travel between NDG and Hampstead buildings using your own vehicle

**Who we’re looking for**:

- At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance, janitorial work, or handyman roles
- Able to perform basic repairs and cleaning tasks to a high standard
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Friendly and respectful toward tenants and colleagues
- Bilingual (French and English) an asset

**Pay & Schedule**
- **Hourly**: $45k-$55k /year, depending on experience
- **Full-time**, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends for emergencies

Nous sommes une entreprise de location résidentielle basée à Montréal, en pleine croissance, et nous recherchons un(e) **concierge d’immeuble** fiable et polyvalent(e) pour l’entretien et la maintenance de six immeubles résidentiels à NDG et Hampstead. Si vous êtes habile pour les petites réparations, le nettoyage et le service aux résidents, nous voulons vous rencontrer.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Nettoyer et entretenir halls d’entrée, corridors, escaliers, ascenseurs, buanderies et entrées
- Effectuer des réparations de base (plomberie, électricité, peinture, plâtrage, menuiserie mineure)
- Gérer les bacs à ordures, recyclage et compost pour la collecte, garder les zones propres
- Inspecter régulièrement les bâtiments et signaler les problèmes au gestionnaire immobilier
- Surveiller l’éclairage, les serrures, l’équipement de sécurité incendie et les systèmes de chauffage
- Entretenir les espaces extérieurs, coordonner le déneigement et l’épandage de sel si nécessaire
- Se déplacer entre les immeubles de ND
