**Job Summary**
The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in supporting the HR department by executing various HR functions and initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.

**Duties**:

- Utilize HR systems such as Oracle, SAP, and Ceridian to manage employee data
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support talent acquisition efforts through sourcing and coordinating interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Handle administrative tasks related to benefits enrollment and HR programs
- Provide general support to the HR team in various projects and initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience working in HR roles with knowledge of HR sourcing and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Salesforce
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
