**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Trainable Secretary. In this role, you will play a key part in managing various administrative tasks, including handling texts and calls, booking appointments, replying to client inquiries, and basic bookkeeping duties. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the position, as training will be provided to develop the necessary skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming texts and calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the team.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and record maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of administrative processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures with a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with office software and scheduling tools.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.25-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
