Part Time Office Administrator

Reporting to the Board of Directors and Property Manager, the Property Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all the day-to-day tasks of the condominium office are handled in an efficient and timely manner. You will be working in a highly dynamic environment as part of team of dedicated professionals who are responsible for assuring that all aspects of the building are running smoothly.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure a high level of service to the Board of Directors, owners & tenants.
- Prepare and send out notices, letters and correspondences as needed.
- Update unit owner records in database and file share program.
- Complete amenity and elevator booking requests.
- Attend to complaints, inquiries and requests and follow up in timely manner.
- Ensure that all owner/tenant information is kept up to date.
- Assist in creating newsletters and notices under the Board and Property Manager’s supervision.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by the Board and Property Manager within the scope of the position.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluently bilingual in English and French both written and spoken.
- Strong conflict resolution skills are a must.
- Administrative duties and customer service experience is a must.
- Some understanding of Condominium Act is an asset.
- Some knowledge and experience in building maintenance is an asset.
- Prior experience in a property management environment is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with owners, tenants and team members.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office suites including Words, Excel and Outlook)

- Secondary School (preferred)
