WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN ANY CURRENT AUTOMOTIVE SALES SUPERSTARS FOR THIS POSITION.

**Your duties will include**:

- Understand and document the customer’s needs
- Evaluate and assess the customer’s credit history, income potential
- Structure a customized solution for the customer based on the customer’s unique circumstances and credit
- Prepare and analyze automobile finance approvals
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times

**Qualifications for this position**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of automotive sales process
- Extremely well organized (paperwork, vehicle deliveries, etc)
- Knowledge of used car market segment, familiarity with vehicles available on the market and understanding of automotive market trends
- Familiarity with the products offered by different subprime lenders, their scoring systems and other qualifying criteria
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with automotive finance process
- Ability to read credit reports
- Working knowledge of DealerTrak
- Excellent computer skills
- OMVIC License is required
- Positive attitude, honesty and strong work ethics are a must
- Criminal record check

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence:

- OMVIC (required)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 to $250,000.00 /year

**Experience**:

- automotive sales: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
