Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance department, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the company's financial health.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial health Monitor financial performance and prepare financial reports for management Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations Provide financial analysis and support to other departments Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial partners Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 5+ years of experience in a finance leadership role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
