The Executive Group Vancouver Island is looking for one qualified real estate professional. Our team has the capacity to deliver qualified leads with top producing coaching and unparalleled marketing to insure the long-term development for a realtor and their business.

We are looking for a hardworking intelligent individual that has the ability to set short
- and long-term goals they can achieve. They must have strong people skills, an attitude to improve and consistent weekly habits. The Executive Group provides a comprehensive training program, as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. **Commission Pay Structure**:
Year 1 - $100,000+
Year 2 - $150,000+
Year 3 - $200,000+

**Responsibilities**:

- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs.
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods.
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process.
- Nurture relationships with our clients that have longer timelines to generate a full pipeline of transactions in the future.
- Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best outcome possible for the client.
- Respond to all leads in a timely fashion to build a strong client base.
- Convert pre-qualified leads into buying and listing appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid Real Estate License is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy.
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized.
- Past sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth.
- Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
- Compliance with local / regional licensing and education requirements.

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
