**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Real Estate Team Assistant (Unlicensed) to support our busy and dynamic real estate team. As the Real Estate Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team's day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, facilitating communication, and assisting with various real estate tasks to help our team achieve its goals and provide exceptional service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist team members with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, including contracts, listings, and correspondence.
**Client Services**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to their inquiries and requests.
- Assist in coordinating property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Maintain a database of client information and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage client relationships and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
**Transaction Assistance**:
- Assist in creating property listings, including gathering and organizing relevant information and photos.
- Track transaction progress, deadlines, and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Liaise with lawyers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth closing process.
**Marketing Support**:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence to promote properties and engage with potential clients.
**Organizational Support**:
- Keep the team organized by managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative Experience (minimum 1 year) - Real Estate Industry experience not required
- Strong typing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
**Benefits**:
