It is common knowledge that prevention is the best medicine, yet the vast majority of people are not aware of, or have access to recent advances in this field. As part of our team, you will be assigned the important responsibility of identifying and reaching out to both consumers as well as healthcare professionals to generate awareness and appreciation for our medical diagnostic services.

**Your duties will depend upon your strengths and include a combination of the following**:

- Identify healthcare professionals who can help us promote our services to patients, and build working relationships with them to encourage ongoing participation
- Identify approaches to generate public awareness of our services to potential clients, and implement these solutions, including preparing and presenting webinars, setting up trade shows, and actively generating social media posts
- Directly deal with inbound potential client inquiries, to answer questions and remove the roadblocks to sales conversion; pro-actively follow up and deliver outbound messages to effectively facilitate conversions
- Proactively suggest potential approaches to sales conversion and client experience based upon ongoing client communications feedback and test and implement these approaches
- Assist and back up operational responsibilities when required, including taking, processing, and preparing/ shipping new orders, coordinating client specimen return shipments, and helping existing customers with various other requests as they arise

- A bold and outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A highly proactive nature in dealing with potential clients, business contacts, and the progress of your own tasks and projects
- An openness to welcoming constructive critique and ability to use it towards continual improvement
- Be pleasant, articulate, convincing, and confident when under pressure or in moments of uncertainty when dealing with potential clients and business contacts

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong interest in preventative medicine and technology
- A valid driver's license

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
