**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with visitors, members, volunteers, tours, and renters.
- Provision of excellent customer service always.
- Manage all gift shop sales, inventory, and gift shop appearance.
- Ensure public and visitor safety.
- Opening and closing of facility.
- Handle opening and closing cash procedures.
- Keep reception and gift shop areas clean and well maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Current first aid, CPR and AED Level C certification is considered an asset.

**Reports to**: Visitor Service Coordinator

**Wage**: $17.00/hour

**Hours**: Up to 30 hours per week

**Position**: Part Time Temporary, could lead to permanent part time
