**Responsibilities**

Greet walk-in customers and visitors, answer telephone enquiries

Provide quotes for walk-in customers and House accounts as required

Accurately record job instructions and schedule jobs to meet deadlines

Monitor proofs sent out to customers

Negotiate timelines with customers as required, communicate concerns to the Prod. Coord. when deadlines could be compromised

Assist external and internal customers in job status and tracking

Source PO #s from customers as required

Provide PO #s and monitor work orders sent to outside suppliers

Process credit card and debit card payments

Coordinate and schedule shipments with both internal shipping and 3rd party couriers

**Skills**

Excellent customer service mindset, for both internal and external clients

Good organizational skills, clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment, ability to prioritize to meet shifting deadlines

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, excellent teamwork skills, excellent problem-solving skills, keyboard and data entry skills required and a keen attention to detail

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
