**Job Title**: Guest Service / Front Counter Agent / Customer Service Representative

Position Summary
Are you a motivated, enthusiastic, and self-directed individual who excels at delivering exceptional guest experiences? CanaDream, one of Canada’s largest RV companies, is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the upcoming 2025 season. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to serve guests from around the globe and go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Review the reservation system throughout the day to add information or check Guests’ arrival and departure details.
- Welcome Guests to CanaDream with a friendly smile.
- Complete check-in procedures and unit pickups according to established standards.
- Present CanaDream’s Guest Guide in a positive manner.
- Build a positive connection with Guests while demonstrating how the RVs work.
- Conduct interactive demonstrations of the RVs.
- Perform Front-Line Inspections (quality control step) of the RVs before Guests pick them up.
- Provide accurate information to potential CanaDream Guests, create quotes, and complete reservations both in person and over the phone.
- Provide local travel information to Guests picking up their RVs.
- Resolve Guests’ complaints and process authorized refunds.
- Notify RV Technicians or Pre-Delivery Inspector (PDI Technicians) if damage has occurred, and repair or maintenance is required for the unit.
- Assist the Prep Department with various tasks when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven excellence in customer or guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to speak additional languages (German, Dutch, French) is an asset.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a hotel or tourism-related business is an asset.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
