Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist with costing of specialty cakes
- Assisting in recipe costing
- Oversee accuracy of inventory levels
- Proper costing and retailing of items
- Provide administrative support to the team as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
