**Requirements/Responsibilities**:

- Reliable and Self-motivated.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Asana,(Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

**Tasks**
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Set up weekly Agenda for leadership meeting.
- Attend leadership meetings/notes recorded in ASANA.
- Schedule Appointments in Calendars (set everyone up with calendar)
- Monitor online support/customer feedback and notify proper stores for follow up.
- Compile data into daily/weekly/monthly/yearly sales trackers.
- Order office supplies/Maintenance of Office equipment.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Perform basic bookkeeping/track payments, using QuickBooks.
- Manage new stores information
- (lease, fdd, personal information, uniform orders ) Hold in files for all to access.

**Salary**: $48,000.07-$58,000.00 per year
